Tariff
The Dower House has 39 bedsitting rooms available, and terms of residence are as follows.
Residential
Room fees as billed are payable in advance and four weeks' notice is required when a resident wishes to leave. A deposit of £5,000 is payable at the time a firm room reservation is made. The deposit is non-refundable in the case of cancellation. Any balance of fees held beyond the period of termination is non-refundable.

Convalescence/Short Stay
Fees for short stay are payable fortnightly and on departure.

Private Health Insurance
If you have private insurance it is advisable to check with your insurance company regarding any payments for fees incurred at The Dower House, as the various insurance companies have different rulings about this. It is however, usually possible to claim on your health insurance for physiotherapy treatment provided your doctor has authorised this.
