Care Quality Commission Inspection Reports

'We looked at the information in the Annual Quality Assurance Assessment (the assessment) and our conclusion is that The Dower House is a 3 star rating. This means that the people who use this Service experience excellent quality outcomes.' 31 March 2009

The following comments were made to the CQC inspector by some of our residents during our inspection process:

'The home has a very relaxed, homely atmosphere and residents spoken with all said that the staff were caring, happy and friendly.'
